~ One of the Traditional Preparation during Ramadan is Hyderabadi Tahura Drink.

~ The drink is made with mawa milk( Rabdi), dry fruits like almonds, pistachio, cashews, full-fat cream and khus syrup.
~ It is popular in Hyderabad & is a great way to end your meal.

✓ Recipe Ingredients:
• For Mawa Milk ( Rabdi):
• Milk - 2 cups
• Fresh mawa ( khoya) - 200 gm
• Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp
• Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
• For Dry fruits Paste:
( soaked & peeled)
• Pistachio - ½ cup
• Almond - ½ cup
• Cashews - ½ cup
• Fresh cream - ½ cup
• To make the Drinks:
• Few Ice cubes
• prepared Rabdi
• Khus syrup ½ cup
• Dry fruits Paste
• Chilled milk - 1 cup

✓ Instructions:
• Prepare the mawa milk by adding milk, mawa, sugar & cardamom powder.
• Cook it till thickens & refrigerate it.
• Now prepare dry fruits paste .
• In a blender add all the mentioned ingredients & blend the drink.
• Pour in glasses & garnish with mawa & some nuts.
