For the Garlic Bread Rolls
Ingredients:

250 ml warm water (1 cup)
400 g all-purpose flour (3 1/4 cups)
10 g salt (2 teaspoons)
4 g yeast (1 teaspoon)
20 ml oil (1 1/2 tablespoons)
Instructions:

Activate the Yeast: Mix the yeast with warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes frothy.
Knead the Dough: Add the flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
First Rise: Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size (about 1-2 hours).
Shape the Rolls:
Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a flat rectangle using a rolling pin.
Roll the rectangle into a cylinder, then cut each cylinder in half.
Prepare for Baking: Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let them rise again until doubled in volume (about 30-40 minutes).
Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Add Flavor: After baking, brush the rolls with a mixture of 30 g melted butter (2 tablespoons), 2 minced garlic cloves, and your favorite herbs (such as dill).
For the Meatball Soup
Ingredients for the Meatballs:

200 g minced chicken (7 oz)
1 onion (finely chopped)
100 g washed rice (1/2 cup)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
100 g breadcrumbs (1 cup)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for the Soup:

2 liters of water (8 cups) ( or more if it needed)
4 medium potatoes (diced)
1 sweet pepper (diced)
1 medium carrot (grated or chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (such as dill and parsley)
Instructions:

Prepare the Meatballs:

In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, onion, rice, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Set aside while preparing the soup.
Cook the Vegetables:

In a large saucepan, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
Add the potatoes, sweet pepper, carrot, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the Meatballs:

Form small meatballs from the prepared mixture.
Gently drop them into the simmering soup.
Cook for another 20-30 minutes, until the meatballs and potatoes are tender.
Finish the Soup:

Add fresh herbs like dill and parsley. Stir gently to combine.
Cover the pot with a lid and turn off the heat. Let the soup rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
