Ingredients for the dough
850 g of white flour
550 ml of warm water
9 g of dry yeast
10 g of salt
10 g of sugar
Knead the dough well until it becomes homogeneous and non-sticky. Leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour, the dough will increase in volume and become fluffy. After it has increased in volume, you can use it for your bread!
It bakes, depending on the size of the bread, this time it took me 60 minutes
