2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Grated toasted Shitake Mushrooms
½ tsp Sugar

100g Dou Miao
150g Soybean sprouts
Sesame oil
White pepper
Salt
200g Shimeiji mushrooms
1 tbsp Soy sauce
½ tsp White pepper
100g Carrots
Cumin Tau Kwa:
2 tbsp Oil
1 Tau kwa
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Cumin

Toasted peanuts
