Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
Makes 1 single serving.
1 vegan sausage patty. Split in half to make 2 thin patties.
1 slice of rye bread.
1/2 slice of vegan cheese cut in half.
1 slice of tofu 1/4x2x4 inches
Muchi curry
Instructions
Preheat griddle to medium temp.
Optional-coat griddle with vegan butter.
Place all food except the vegan cheese on the griddle.
Sprinkle tofu with muchi curry.
Grill both sides of sausage, tofu and bread.
Remove bread when toasted.
Place vegan cheese on the vegan sausage.
Place a small amount of water on the griddle near the vegan sausage.
Cover with a lid.
Turn off heat.
Build the sandwich when the vegan cheese is melted.
Cut the bread in half.
On half of bread add the tofu and vegan sausage.
Place the other half of the bread on top.
Eat and enjoy!
