Here is the detailed recipe of crispy leftover rice cutlet recipe
*RECIPE*
1. Take a bowl of leftover rice. Add 2 boiled grated potatoes along with 1 chopped onion, green chili, 1 tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp garam masala and green coriander leaves.
2. Mix all together and make any cutlet shape.
3. Dip in slurry(2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida and water).
4. Coat with bread crumbs.
5. Fry in medium hot oil.
6. Your delicious cutlets is ready. Enjoy
