You’ll be glad you had it, but you’ll be sad it’s gone. Fresh, fruity, and smooth, with a low ABV, bittersweet finish… the strawberry and lemon might have something to do with that last bit. 

Recipe:
25ml Jameson, 
25ml Lemon Juice, 
10ml Strawberry Syrup, 
shake & strain in a whiskey glass or brandy balloon. 
Top with Ginger Beer. 
Garnish with Lime Wheel 

Method:
Shake & strain in a whiskey glass or brandy balloon.
Add lemon juice
Add strawberry syrup
Add ice
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with your fruit of choice!
