Purple Sweet Potato Wrap Recipe

1. Bake sweet potatoes at 400F degrees until fork tender.
2. Peal the sweet potatoes and mash them with a pinch of salt
3. For every 1 cup of mashed sweet potato add 1 cup all purpose flour (here I am using 2 cups of each)
4. Combine the two ingredients until a dough is formed.
3. Cut the dough into equal pieces and roll flat in the shape of tortillas.
5. Add some olive oil to a pan and cook the wraps on medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side
