INGREDIENTS:
●Sesame - 1 tbsp.
●Grated cheese - 40 g
●Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
●Salt - 1 tsp.
●Sausage - 30 g
●Green onions - 15 g
●Dill - 10 g
●Tomato - 1/2 pcs.
1. Pour sesame seeds and grated cheese into a dry, heated frying pan.
2. Wait 1 minute until the cheese melts.
3. Add salt to 2 eggs and mix with a fork.
4. Pour the mixture on top of the cheese and spread it over the frying pan.
5. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Turn over and within 20-30 seconds add sausage, green onions, dill and tomato. (You can use any filling, to your taste)
7. Close the filling with the other side using a spatula.
