Stir-fried Carrots and Chayote
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 1 chayote
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100ml water
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp granulated mushroom
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions:
- Wash and cut the chayote and carrots according to preference.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add carrots and chayote, season, then add water and cook until tender. Ready to serve!
