This Spinach Pakora is such a quick, easy, healthy, and absolutely delicious snack you will ever taste. It's a vegetarian dish, you can have this as a snack, stater, or a side dish.

Ingredients-

- 300g baby spinach or any spinach
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt or according to your taste
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup besan/gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- water to make the mixture
- oil to fry
