Ingredients:
Green Moong - 1 Cup
Tomato – 2 Medium Sized
Green Chilli – 6
Garlic Cloves - 8
Jeera – 1/2 Spoon
Turmeric – 1/2 Spoon
Salt – As per taste
Onion – 1 Large
Pepper Powder – 1/2 Spoon
Red Chilli - 2
Mustard
Curry Leaves
A pinch of Hing
Coriander – 1 small cup

In a Cooker add, Green Moong, Tomato, Green Chilli, Garlic, Jeera, Turmeric, Salt, 4 cups of water and cook for 2-3 whistles.
Then remove Tomato, Garlic, Green Chilli in a mixer jar & make a fine paste. (You can even smash this)
Smash the boiled moong & add tomato paste, bring it to a boil & keep it aside.
In a Kadai, add Oil, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli, Onion, Hing and boiled moong, adjust the consistency & bring it to a boil. Now add Pepper Powder, Fresh Coriander.
Serve this hot delicious gravy with Chapati, Roti, Poori, Dosa etc..
