Red Velvet Cake Recipe:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoon Dutch processed cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plus two tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cups buttermilk
1/2 tablespoon gel Red food coloring
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
Yield: 1-9” red velvet cheesecake
Cheesecake:
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
5 large eggs(room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cheesecake extract
Bake at 300°F for 90 minutes
Cream Cheese Icing:
1/4 cups salted butter(softened)
1 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cream cheese flavoring
1-8 oz. packs Cream cheese softened
