Quick & Easy Air Fryer Vegan spring rolls
I used to love ordering fried spring rolls when I went out for dinner. However since I had (NAFLD) I don’t eat fried foods anymore so now I make them in the air fryer and they come out better than the fried ones!

Ingredients:
. Vegan spring roll wrappers (I used store bought vegan wrappers)
1 large carrot,grated
8-10 white button mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1 small Chinese
cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 block extra firm tofu, grated
3 Tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Avocado oil spray
How to make them:
1. Lightly spray avocado oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Sauté your ingredients for about 5 minutes. Add your coconut aminos, garlic powder,ginger powder and cook for another five minutes until your filling is browned and softened. Allow the filling to cool down completely.
2. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Next,fold over the left and right side of the wrappers onto the middle, wet your fingers in some water and gently brush it onto the edges of the wrapper and roll up tightly into a cigar.
3. Lightly spray the spring rolls with avocado oil and place in an air fryer basket at 375F for 5-7 minutes. Serve while they are hot. Enjoy!
