Protein Pancakes Recipe!

You’ll be ready for a full day with these protein packed pancakes…they’re flipping fantastic!

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats, ground
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup protein powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 TB maple syrup
1 TB coconut oil

Instructions:
Whisk together the oats,baking powder and protein powder
Mix in the eggs, milk, vanilla, maple syrup and coconut oil
Pour about 1/4 cup batter into hot, oiled pan
Cook until bubbles form on the surfaceFlip and cook until cooked throughServe with butter, maple syrup, fruit…anything you love
