Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw pistachios
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 Medjool date, pitted
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
4 cups (960ml) filtered water

Method:
Blend ingredients on high-speed for 30-60 seconds. Pour and squeeze through a cheesecloth for a smooth milk or a small sieve to contain some more fiber. Add to a bottle and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
