Creamy Avocado Pasta
Ingredients: Ripe avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh basil, salt, pepper, pasta.
Instructions: Blend avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Toss with cooked pasta.

Vegan Bolognese
Ingredients: Lentils, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, pasta.
Instructions: Sauté onion, carrot, and celery until soft. Add garlic and cook for a minute. Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes, lentils, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened. Serve over pasta.

Ingredients: Mushrooms, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, thyme, salt, pepper, pasta.
Instructions: Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until mushrooms release their liquid. Add broth, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Serve over pasta.
