African BBQ Chicken Street Food Style is one of the famoust Dishes from West-Africa, which we would like to introduce to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode.
Papa Africa with his famous BBQ Chicken, Puff Puff, Peanut Morongo and many more Different Plates from West-Africa offers fresh cooking Food, every Street Food Day with a Recept of a special kind of Spices. We accompany Papa Afrika and his chef colleagues on Boxhagener Platz in Berlin Friedrichshain - a wonderful Place full of different Market Stalls from different Cultures around the World. A peaceful place as it should be an example for the World.
Papa Africa wants to take us culinary to his homeland of West Africa with his delicious spice mixtures and his “I don`t know - Plate”. Incredibly delicious, incredibly passionate and with a lot of love. Bon Appetit!
