Flour 2kg
Sugar 600g
Magrine 500 g
1 cup of Milk
10 eggs( large egg) use 8 if using extra large eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1tablespoon of nut Meg

Cup measurement
3 cups of sugar
16 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups or 4sticks of magrine
1 tspn salt
,2 tspn baking powder
1tblspn nutmeg.
