Thanksgiving is just a few days away so here’s some last-minute tips for a delicious turkey.
Spatchcock your turkey to help speed up the cooking process and cook it more evenly. Cut out the backbone and press it down so it’s flat.
Apply oil, melted butter or mayo to the skin before seasoning it to help it crisp up.
Cook the turkey at indirect heat on the grill between 350-375 degrees to get that perfect skin
Pull it from the grill when the internal temperature in the breast reaches 160 degrees and rest it for 15-20 minutes before carving
