Meetha Paratha
- Carrot 500 gm
- Cut Them Into Small Pieces
- Pour Them Into Kadai
- Cook With 250 ml Milk On Low Flame
- We need approx 10-15 Minutes to boil them well
- Now we can smash them easily
- Add 500 ml Milk
- Sugar 100 gm
- Cook Them On Low Flame
- Cardamom Powder 1 Tsp
- Saute Chopped Cashew, Almond, Raisins On 4 Tbsp Ghee
- Pour It & Spread Some Khoya
- Mix Them Well & Your Gajar Ka Halwa is ready for serving
- Prepare Paratha Dough
- Pour Halwa As Stuffing
- Roll Them Evenly & Cook On Low Flame Until They perfectly cook each side
- Serve Hot & Enjoy
