Starting from the Masterchef India Auditions, I saw multiple attempts at making these very simple yet technical caviars! But sadly, through out the season, there was not one person who succeeded in even coming close to making them!

Working on some assignments at home, I realised the trick to getting them right! And that is just the measurement.. but… how to do that when we do not have fancy high precision weighing scales with us? Well, you have me for that. Here is a recipe of these caviars, you can make easily at home without any fancy equipment. You can thank me later
