- Masoor dal
- Gajar
- Pyaz
- Adrak
- Hari mirch
- Dhaniya powder
- Jeera powder
- Garam masala powder
- Namak
- Breadcrumbs
- Tel ya ghee
_Tyari:_
1. Masoor dal ko pakaayein aur mash karein.
2. Gajar ko grate karein aur pyaz, adrak, aur hari mirch ko chop karein.
3. Ek pan mein tel ya ghee garam karein aur pyaz, adrak, aur hari mirch ko sauté karein.
4. Gajar ko pan mein daalein aur 2-3 minute tak sauté karein.
5. Masoor dal, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, aur namak ko pan mein daalein aur achhi tarah mix karein.
6. Mixture ko thanda hone dein aur fir usse cutlets ka shape dein.
7. Cutlets ko breadcrumbs mein coat karein aur tel ya ghee mein fry karein.
8. Cutlets ko garamagaram parosein.
