Is food prep a challenge for you?!

Food prep is usually a struggle for most people. You are not alone! Even the most prepared can find it hard during times of stress or being too busy. Finding the time to do it is key to making it work.

Here we made 4 wraps all at once. The night before, we blended the wraps to dehydrate. It made 4 large wraps and took around 20-30 minutes. We let them dry overnight and in the morning we filled all 4 of them, making 4-8 meals (each wrap makes 2 halves and we usually eat 1-2 halves for a meal depending on how hungry we are).

I always like to think of my future self because eventually that will be my new present moment and I’ll be super grateful to my past self for doing the hard thing and not procrastinating!
