Fluffy Lemon cake

Ingredients:
Pudding:
1 egg
50 grams of sugar (2 tablespoons)
A pinch of salt
20 grams of starch (1 tablespoon)
Lemon zest
juice of half a lemon
200 ml milk (1 cup)
25 grams butter (1.5 tablespoons)

For cake mix:
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar (6 tablespoons)
10 grams of vanilla sugar (1.5 teaspoons)
50 grams sour cream (2 heaped tablespoons)
150 ml vegetable oil (8 tablespoons)
juice of half a lemon
250 grams of flour (8 tablespoons with a slide)
15 grams baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
