Instructions:

1.Spread pizza pasta sauce on a leftover roti.
2.Sauté your favorite vegetables with minced garlic.(i used bell peppers, tofu, tomato, carrots and mushrooms)
3.Sprinkle spring onions over the vegetables.
4.Add cheese and cook on a pan until the cheese melts.
5.Garnish with chili flakes and oregano.
