Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin
1 cup of greek yogurt
1/4 cup of red cocoa powder *regular cocoa will work but red gives it a taste that makes it require no sugar due to its richness
*option to add sweetener of choice if you want it sweet, or drizzle a bit of honey over each slice to customize each serving.
Method:
Bloom gelatin in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Add yogurt, cocoa powder, and bloomed gelatin to a blender and puree for a few seconds until smooth. Pour mixture into preferred container lined with wax or parchment paper and refrigerate for 4+ hours or until firm (best overnight). Dust with extra cocoa powder, slice, and enjoy!
