1 tsp red chili powder

Instructions:

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp hing, and chopped green chili. Saute for a minute.
Add the sliced raw mango (kachi keri) to the pan.
Add 1/2 tsp haldi, salt to taste. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the mango slices are soft, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix well.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve hot as a side dish or enjoy with puri.
