Finally after many requests here is Homemade khoya recipe with milk and dry milk powder. #happycookingtoyou
Ingredients:
Khoya with Fresh Milk:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 1 litre
-Makhan/Ghee (Butter/Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Cream 2 tbs (optional)
Directions:
-In wok,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add butter and cream,mix well.
-Cook on medium low flame for approx. 45 minutes and mix continuously until it’s reduced & thick.
-Let it cool and set in desired shape mold.
-Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
