120g mayonnaise.
Lemon juice from one lemon.
1 tablespoon garlic paste.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
50 g olive oil.
15 g (1 tablespoon) freshly anchovy, diced/minced.
30 g Parmesan cheese.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast.
Salt.
Black pepper/ black pepper seasoning/ or chicken seasoning.
Garlic powder.
Olive oil.
Fry for 7-10 minutes on each side over medium heat.
CROUTONS:
Baguette.
olive oil.
Herbs seasoning with garlic, salt and pepper.
Bake at 200°C/400°F until golden brown.
Romain lettuce.
30g Parmesan cheese.
