Hello friends. Today we have a simple falafel recipe that is very delicious and crispy. My little daughter loves this food and I always cook it because of the minerals and iron that this food has.
The way I prepare this dish:
I soak one and a half cups of raw chickpeas for 12 hours.
Then I mash and chop the crispy chickpeas along with a medium tomato, half a bell pepper, a small onion, a clove of garlic and a little fresh coriander. Add salt, pepper, turmeric and falafel spices according to your taste. fry the obtained dough in the desired shape in oil.
The spices are completely tasteful and it depends on your taste. But the dried fenugreek gives a wonderful aroma to this dish
