1 ½ lb fresh tomatoes

1 small white onion

1 serrano or jalapeno pepper

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp salt or to your taste

3 tbsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Finely chop all ingredients and combine them in a mixing bowl. Add salt and lime juice. Mix and enjoy!
