. Mustard Oil (1 TBSP)
. Cumin seeds (1 TSP)
. Cinnamon (1 inch)
. Cloves (4 nos)
. Green Cardamom (4 nos)
. Black Cardamom (4 nos)
. Bay leaf (1 nos)
. Onion (chopped) (300 - 400 gms)
. Ginger Garlic Paste (2 TBSP)
. Turmeric Powder (1/2 TSP)
. Red Chilli Powder (2 TBSP)
. Coriander Powder (2 TBSP)
. Cumin Powder (1 TSP)
. Salt to taste
. Tomato(3 medium sized) + Green Chillies(3) paste
. Marinated Chicken
Once oil is released then add
. Freshly Made Garam Masala (1 TSP)
. Kasuri Methi Powder (1 TSP)
. Hot Water(as required)
. Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
