Decadent Hot Chocolate

✨INGREDIENTS✨

2 tbsp cocoa powder
12/ tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
54 grams mocha chocolate bar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Whipped cream for topping

✨DIRECTIONS✨

In a bowl combine cocoa powder, corn starch, cinnamon and sugar and set aside
Cut chocolate bar into chunks
Preheat stove to medium low heat
In a pot, pour in milk, heavy whipping cream and cocoa mixture
Slowly whisk until incorporated
Lastly, add in chocolate chunks and stir until resolved and consistency is thick and smooth
Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
Serve hot
