Crunchy Sweet Potato Chips #shortsvideo

These chips are simple and delicious. Just sweet potatoes, oil and seasoning. Nothing more.

Process
Slice the sweet potato into 0.25cm thick pieces. Ideally they’d all be the same thickness so they cook at the same rate and you don’t burn some (like i did).
Coat the potatoes in olive oil then season with generous amounts of salt, garlic powder and onion powder. You can optionally add black pepper.
Throw the potatoes in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius till they’ve browned on the outside (should be 10-15 mins). You need to check on them every 5 mins or so and toss them around so you avoid having some of them clump up together and not cook evenly.
Once the potatoes have browned a little, lower the temperature to about 120 degrees Celsius and leave them at the temperature till they crisp up (toss the chips every 5-10 mins so they cook evenly). The purpose here is just to cook off any remaining moisture, leaving you with crispy chips.
For the dipping sauce, add 1 part mustard to 3 parts mayonnaise to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
