The very last thing I ate before cutting out meat was a fried chicken sandwich and I’ve been on a mission to replicate that meal for nearly 8 years. I’ve been to multiple restaurants, tried lots of alternative chicken substitutes, modified my own recipe many times, and I think I’ve finally figured it out.
