China Grass Pudding (Junnu) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup China grass (Agar Agar) strands
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Chopped nuts or dried fruits for garnish

Instructions
1. Soak China grass strands in water for 4-5 hours.
2. Boil the soaked China grass in water until it dissolves.
3. In a separate pan, heat milk, condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and salt.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
5. Add the dissolved China grass mixture to the milk mixture.
6. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and add ghee.
8. Pour into individual molds or a large serving dish.
9. Refrigerate until set, then garnish with chopped nuts or dried fruits.

Tips
- Use high-quality China grass for the best texture.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- You can flavor the pudding with rose water or other flavorings of your choice.
