2 c organic rolled oats
1 c organic buckwheat groats
1/2 c organic Pumpkin seeds
1/2 c organic hemp seeds
3/4 c organic Coconut shreds
1 tbsp organic Ceylon Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Himalayan or Celtic Salt
1 tsp organic Vanilla extract
1/4 organic Raw unfiltered honey or maple syrup
1/4 c organic virgin coconut oil

-Mix together in a large bowl.
-Spread on to parchment lined baking sheet and press down with spatula to flatten.
-Bake at 300 for 30 min, mixing half way thru baking.
-Let cool and enjoy!
