Griddled Funnel Cakes
Ingredients
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, then whisk together to form a thick batter that can easily drizzle. Let the batter sit while you preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.

2. Add enough oil to the griddle to cover the size of a funnel cake. Using a spoon, ladle, or funnel, drizzle the batter in swirling patterns. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, adding more oil as needed. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, adding oil as needed.

3. Transfer the funnel cakes to a plate lined with paper towels or parchment paper. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!

Ingredients
3 Hershey's chocolate bars
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 sleeve graham crackers

Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to medium-low heat. In a cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan, layer the chocolate bars, then top with mini marshmallows. The amount of chocolate and marshmallows will depend on the size of the pan used.

2. Place the cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the pizza oven, watching the marshmallows closely as they toast quickly. You may only need residual heat to cook. Once the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are toasted or charred, remove from the oven and serve with graham crackers for scooping. Enjoy!

Ingredients
½ cup popcorn kernels
½ cup oil
Blackstone seasoning (optional, for seasoning)

Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. In a bowl, coat the popcorn kernels with oil.

2. Spoon the desired amount of kernels onto the griddle, covering them with a dome. Slide the dome around to move the kernels continuously until all are popped. Add more oil if needed.
