Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Makhana
Handful of Cashews
1 teaspoon Natural Food Coloring/Turmeric/Few strands Saffron (soaked)
4-5 drops Vanilla Essence
Powdered Sugar, to taste
4 cups Water

Instructions:
Soak makhana for at least 4 hours in warm water.
Blend makhana with the rest of the ingredients until a thick milk is formed.
Chill and serve with seasonal cut fruits.

Tips:
Adjust the amount of water for desired custard thickness.
Using jaggery instead of sugar will darken the custard; stick to sugar for the traditional light color.
