Professional baker Jujhar Mann spends a lot of time around sugar, but there's a reason why this festive season is extra sweet.

The founder of Mann & Co bakeshop in Surrey, B.C., was recently crowned the winner of Netflix's “Is It Cake? Holiday,” a Christmas-themed spinoff of the popular baking competition where contestants whip up tasty replicas of objects.

Global's Safeeya Pirani paid Mann a visit at his bakery to learn more about his journey and how he's hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams.
