Thanks for joining me to learn how to make a Ramos Gin Fizz!

Ramos Gin Fizz Recipe: (3 Shaking Steps!)
1 Egg White
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
4 Drops Orange Blossom Water
Dry Shake for 30 seconds (No Ice!)

2oz Gin (Use your favorite)
3/4 OZ Simple Syrup (1:1 Ratio)
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Whip Shake (3-4 ice cubes) for 1 minute

1 1/2 OZ Heavy Cream (Added only for final shake)
Shake for a final minute!

~2oz soda in bottom of narrow glass and pour from shaker in stages!
