Ingredients:
4-5 medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
Juice of 1 Lemon
Oil, for frying

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the diced potatoes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil.
In a large bowl, combine the fried potatoes with salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.
Serve hot, garnished with mint chutney.

Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
Handful of fresh Mint leaves
1-2 small Onions, chopped
1-2 Green Chillies, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Amchoor (dry mango powder)
Water, as needed

Instructions:
Blend the mint leaves, chopped onions, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, and amchoor in a blender or using a mortar and pestle.
Add water gradually to achieve the desired consistency. Blend or grind until smooth.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve as a dipping sauce with the aloo chaat.
