(PS- The eggs do actually need the cold plunge but it’s so they don’t overcook, not for their morning wellness routine)

Perfect air fryer hard boiled eggs:
Set air fryer to lowest setting (mine is “bake”) and preheat for a minute to 250F. Cook eggs for 15 minutes and then immediately remove to an ice bath.

For the vanilla frozen yogurt bites:

Split a few bananas into chunks on a parchment lined sheet, use a spatula to spread on vanilla Greek yogurt, top with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips. Freeze for a few hours and then slice into bite sized pieces if desired. Store in an airtight container in the freezer!
