Salted caramel ice cream

Ingredients:
10 chopped dates
1.5 cup cottage cheese
*optional - (If you are having trouble blending, add in a few splashes of milk)
*optional - add 1 tbs honey or maple syrup if you like sweet

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Freeze in an airtight container for 2 hours. Let thaw for 15 minutes or place on defrost in microwave before serving.
