The more I talk to people about switching to a plant based diet, the more I notice these same mistakes being made:

❌ Not eating enough calories. Because so many whole plant foods are low in calories, yet bulky, it can seem like you’re eating a lot of food, but technically your calories are low.

❌ Being afraid of carbs and restricting them, which leads to a diet leaving you unsatisfied and hungry.

❌ Over complicating meals, which makes living this way feel overwhelming and impossible.

Here’s what you should be doing instead:

✅ Don’t be afraid to eat until your satisfied and full. Eat a sufficient amount of calories. This will help you feel more energetic and focused.

✅ Don’t be afraid of CARBS! - Now when I say carbs I mean whole plant foods like beans, legumes, lentils, rice, quinoa, fruit, veggies, etc. Not cakes, cookies, potato chips, cheesy pizza, etc.

I reversed tons of medical issues, got out of the pre diabetic category and dropped 50 LBS by eating lots of carbs. They are good for us friends :)

✅ Create easy and simple meals in minutes. This is easily achievable when you understand your staple foods and keep them in stock all the time.
