RawMazing Taco Wraps

What time is it? It’s time to start our 3-day Mindful Eating Reset, and these tacos are on the menu this week. These can be used for taco shells and wraps. You can play around with the flavor by adding spices. This is a good base for fire raw shells.

Today is day one of the 3-day Mindful Eating Reset. We start the first three days of each month focusing on eating mindful. Check out the broadcast channel on IG to join or for more raw recipes and to be part of the community.

Recipe for RawMazing Taco Wraps

2 cups of golden flaxseed meal
One large peeled and chopped parsnip
1/2 of chopped onion
2/3 cup of water
2 tsp of minced garlic
Pinch of salt
Chopped chives

You will find the full recipe on the broadcast channel later today!

Step 1. Peel and chopped parsnip into smaller pieces.
Step 2. Add parsnip, chopped onion, water, garlic, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 3. Mix flaxseed meal with parsnip blend in a bowl. Add chopped chives. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Step 4. Make a ball with the mix and place it on parchment paper. Use another piece of parchment paper to smash the ball into a tortilla shape. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and place the tortilla in a dehydrator or an oven that can cook at low temperatures. Dehydrate for about 6 hours or until the tortillas are firm.
