The famous Thailand red curry is recreated using vegetables and coconut milk with a twist of Indian spices. This is a unique vegan recipe for vegetarians and vegans. Usually, the Red paste consists of lemon grass, galangal, red chilli, tomatoes and shrimp paste.

But, this red curry has no Shrimp paste instead it is prepared with regular, easily available ingredients and with Indian style. Please watch it, prepare and enjoy the food.
