What you need:
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao
1/3 cup maple
1/4 tsp mint extract
1/4 cup cashew butter
Dark chocolate, melted
How to:
1. Combine everything except for dark chocolate.
2. Roll mixture between to baking paper sheets and cut out cookies. Transfer to freezer for 30 minutes to set.
3. Dip each cookie into melted dark chocolate.
4. Return to freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy.
