Onion Bhaji recipe

- 3 large red onions, finely chopped ( you can also use white or brown onion)
100g of gram flour (besan)
1 egg
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
10g of chopped green chilli( full less spicy just remove the seed )
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
-30g of fresh curry leaves , chopped ( the Sri Lankan twist)
For frying:
- Oil, for deep-frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped onions, with the egg and all the spices and give a good mix.
Then add your 100g of gram flour and mix well and then start frying in 180C hot oil.
Mint & yoghurt chutney recipe.

- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- half a slice lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or 15g of sugar (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
1. In a small blender or in a bowl combine all the ingredients- Greek yogurt, mint leaves, green chilies, lime juice. honey or sugar and salt.
2. Blend or mix until smooth
